Kreissieg Trike Conversion

This Harley bike was transformed into trike by us.

All the work was done IN house by our engineers and mechanics.

We were not really satisfied with most Harley trike on the market because of its handling issues.

Most of them are not nimble enough for tight Japanese road.

After months of R&D, we were be able to come out with innovative solution that fits Japanese road conditions.

Not only we produce world class exhaust system, our fabrications on chassis/body work are also stands for quality and sophistication.

KSG F1 Valvetronic exhaust system for Panamera Turbo!

Introducing the latest addition to Kreissieg's exhaust system line up, the Panamera Turbo system utilizes our traditional valve system to control its loudness.

The Panamera Turbo's exhaust tone is very tame and this car really needs aggressive exhaust tone to back up its status.

The R&D team at Kreissieg has spent countless hours to give this beast sedan great roar.

Despite of complex stock catalyst construction, Kreissieg were be albe to create our signature exhaust note even with full OEM catalyst in place.

TommyKaira GT-R came in for KSG exhaust.

TommyKaira GT-R came into our shop for Kreissieg exhaust system.

This car originally had Amuse R1 exhaust system.

But we have installed custom Titanium tip(130mm, bigger than our standard setting which is 120mm) to fill the TommyKaira rear bumper cut out.

GT Haus is no longer Kreissieg dealer as of today.

GT Haus(Chicago, USA) is no longer Kreissieg dealer as of today.

GT Haus was a Kreissieg importer/dealer, and at same time they were also Meisterschaft manufacturer.

Due to many results of unpleasant relationship with GT Haus, Kreissieg declares that GT Haus(aka EisenHaus) is no longer Kreissieg dealer as of today.

Our company also have very strong product tracking database, so we will not be honoring any GT Haus related sales.

Any order from GT Haus will not be accepted as of today.

However, we will support any after-sales customer service directly with customer.

Fiat Abarth 850TC came in.

The rare Fiat Abarth 850TC came into our shop.

Sporting 850cc 70hp engine, this car represents 1960s motor history.

I took some detail pictures of this car since it is in mint condition.

I love how these car's rear hatch never meant to be closed.

Yellow Countachs

Today, we happen to have two Countach roll in same time in our shop.

Yellow Countachs are pretty rare, and it was random that two cars rolled in same time.

VW Beetle RSI

Only 250 unit produced, Beetle RSI came to our shop for work.

The RSI features 225hp V6 engine with 4Motion AWD system.

Inner door panel and few other interier sports carbon fiber.

This wide body Beetle is one of most mean looking Beetle ever!

Ford Mondeo ST220 "One-off" KSG exhaust system

For last 3 weeks, one of our mechanic have been working on producing "one-off" exhaust system for Ford Mondeo ST220.

This sports version Mondeo has 3.0 Duratec engine producing 225hp.

Although this car was only sold in Europe, the owner was lucky enough to attain it in Japan.

This car previous had Super Sprint exhaust system, but the owner wanted to change to full Kreissieg exhaust system.

I was personally very impressed with exhaust tone with our exhaust system.

It does have very nice and deep growl at lower rpm. As the rpm gets higher, the engine start to scream.

We always do one-off systems for the customer's unique cars.

F50 came in for spring prep

Last week, beautiful F50 have came to our shop for some work.

One of major work is installing Kreissieg exhaust system.
The customer previously had Tubi system, but he is installing our Kreissieg unit.

Among many Ferraris in our shop, this F50 truely catches anyone's attension.

Panamera exhaust R&D

Last week, the Porsche Panamera Turbo has arrived to our shop for exhaust R&D.

It usually takes about 30 days for us to develop one system.
I will post up the updates on weekly basis to show how we put our effort on the making the system.

Spring is near..

The long winter has gone, and it's cherry blossom season in Japan.

Now we are very busy with many customer start sending their car for spring prep.

Our factory is also preparing many new product for this season.

Hello.

This is first post for our english blog.

I will be keep updating our blog to show what's going on in Kreissieg.

Kreissieg has been making valve system exhausts for more than decades. With Motorsport orientated spirit, our exhaust product produces very unique sounds which resemble F1 car. With world class craftsmanship and our know-how, we always aim for producing the best valvetronic exhaust system. There are many valve operated exhaust system in market(even some OEM cars), but our products are NOT just another valvetronic exhaust system because of many reasons.

Our concept really concentrates on exhaust tone which is actually controlled by inner design of the mufflers, and different material and thickness of stainless steel used and ect. The valve system is just a part of our unique sound. It only does changing the loudness. There are many variables that can change the exhaust tone of the engine, and we have been creating our own exhaust tone with our own knowledge. If one system does not meet our standard on sound quality, we keep make revisions on muffler, piping and ect to achieve our own exhaust tone. For some cars, we made up to 9 revisions.

The valve system itself differs from other company's unit too. It is all about who makes more reliable and more free flowing valve. Kreissieg has our own know-how to make less restrictive and reliable valve system. We have up to 90mm diameter valve system without any reliability issue. The diameter plays big role when it comes to valve reliability because some of exotic cars exhaust temp gets so high, the butterfly usually glow red after some runs.(one of reason why Ferrari uses small diameter butterfly on their exhaust systems) If the valve designed poorly, the butterfly will stuck after these hot runs. We also use vacuum operated valve for exhaust system for reliability too.

Not only our system offers reliable valve operation, but our valve itself is also slightly larger than the piping to compensate the restriction of center section of butterfly when it is fully opened.

These are just very few things I would like to let our customers know. Little details like this make our exhaust system stands out from all the valve-controlled exhaust system.
